A global staff made up of highly motivated and dedicated individuals committed to the prevention of genocide and mass atrocities. It is comprised of experts, researchers, analysts, mediators and diplomats able to provide the Centre with the necessary knowledge and experience to reach its goals and objectives.

Chair
Dr. Tatar is the Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Foundation and the Director of the Budapest Centre.
He also leads the Prevention Policy Planning Programme of the Centre and manages several of the projects implemented by the Budapest Centre.

Le Fevre Cervini
Director for Research and Cooperation
The Director for Research and Cooperation is in charge of the development of the research of the Centre and manages the cooperation with International Organizations, States, NGOs and CSOs working with the Centre.
Dr. Le Fevre Cervini is also the co-chair of the Community of Practice on Development and Mass Atrocities Prevention at the World Bank's Global Forum on Law, Justice and Development, sponsored by the Centre.

Carletti
Scientific Coordinator - Research Centre
Professor Cristiana Carletti coordinates scientific research lead by the Research Centre based in Rome.
Associate Professor of International Law at the University of Roma Tre (Italy), she also follows the work of the Community of Practice on Development and Mass Atrocities Prevention at the World Bank's Global Forum on Law, Justice and Development, sponsored by the Centre.
Mary Michelle Connellan
Policy Officer
Ms Connellan is currently developing a methodology for a gendered lens in genocide prevention.
Her professionality serves the Prevention Policy Planning Programme of the Centre. She also manages some of the Centre's projects in Africa.
Ms Connellan is based in Berlin.
Zsuzsanna
Biedermann
Policy Officer
Dr. Biederman is currently in charge of developing preventive capacities in Hungary, the Visegrad Group countries, the Western Balkans and the Great Lakes Region in Adrica within the Prevention Policy Planning Programme of the Budapest Centre.
She is also involved in building the early warning capacities of the Centre and the organization of the Centre's events.

Intern
Mr. Heffron is currently serving as intern in the Budapest Centre's Rome offices.
He is contributing to the fundraising and outreach activities of the Centre. While finalizing his master thesis he is also conducting relevant research for the Centre on the theory of change and the Responsibility to Protect.

Dr. Marinozzi is a research fellow of the Budapest Centre's Rome offices.

Ms Bentivoglio is a research fellow of the Budapest Centre focusing on the connection between food-security, fragile states and mass atrocities prevention.

Maria Altieri is currently serving as a Part-time intern in the Budapest Centre's Rome offices.
She is contributing to the fundraising and research activities of the Centre.
She is researching the Early Warning Systems to Prevent Genocide.
