PREVENTION OF GENOCIDE IN PRACTICE Series
The Budapest Centre and the Foundation for the International Prevention of Genocide and Mass Atrocities organize “Prevention of genocide in practice” series of conferences and roundtables with relevant partners.
TASK FORCE ON THE EU PREVENTION OF MASS ATROCITIES
The Budapest Centre has launched a Task Force on the EU Prevention of Mass Atrocities that issued a final report "The EU and the Prevention of Mass Atrocities – An Assessment of Strengths and Weaknesses".
RESEARCH AND COOPERATION
The research and cooperation programme of the Budapest Centre works as a vibrant hub for academical research and manages the cooperation with the institutional partners of the Budapest Centre.
In July 2013 launced the creation of the Research Centre of Excellence based in Rome (Italy), a hub of Academic Institutions and Think Tanks involved in the advancement of the theory of mass atrocities prevention.

PREVENTION POLICY PLANNING
The Prevention policy planning programme is dedicated to the advancement of analysis in the field of mass atrocities prevention and manages the advocacy work of the Budapest Centre. It produces viable options for action and reccomendations addressed to policy makers and stakeholders interested by the actions of the Centre.
MASS ATROCITIES PREVENTION AND DEVELOPMENT
The Budapest Centre works as Co-Chair of the Community of Practice on "Mass atrocities prevention and development" of the Global Forum on Law, Justice and Development of the World Bank.
The Budapest Centre sees the incredible potential of incorporating genocide prevention lens into the world of the development sector.
